When Is the XG Comeback?

When XGALX girl group XG first arrived on the scene in March 2022, nobody was really doing what they did. In the times since, one could argue that a few groups are dipping into the pool that XG built. But there’s nothing quite like the original thing, and the Alphaz fandom is always ready for what’s next from the group, no matter how long or short the wait has been since the last comeback. So here is the full answer to when exactly Chisa, Hinata, Jurin, Harvey, Juria, Maya, and Cocona will make their next XG comeback, this time for their fifth single, “Woke Up.”

The XG Comeback Is Scheduled for May 21, 2024

XG will come back on May 21, 2024 with their fifth single album, WOKE UP, which is being made available for sale as a CD box and digitally. WOKE UP is available to preorder from various storefronts now, including from the XG Official Shop and Amazon.

Previously, XG had come back with the single “Winter Without You” on December 8, 2023, becoming available to stream and download at midnight in each time zone. Meanwhile, the “Winter Without You” music video was released at 4:00 a.m. ET and 6:00 p.m. JST / KST on December 8, 2023. The song came just in time to start the winter season. Fans weren’t likely to mind that “Winter Without You” was only a single, since prior to this, XG had released their first mini-album, New DNA, in September 2023. Basically, XG fans ate very well in 2023, especially with the incredible number of music videos they released.
